Privacy Policy

The data controller is BDS — Business Digital Solutions, based in Novi Sad, Serbia. For anything concerning your data, write to kontakt@bds.rs.

To be completed before launch: full legal entity name, registered address, company registration number and tax ID.

Three things only:

• Contact details you enter yourself — your name, email address and, optionally, a phone number. These are entered only when you submit an enquiry through the form.
• Your AI Solution Finder answers — what is currently costing you time, what kind of business you run, and where you stand digitally. These are sent together with your enquiry so we understand the situation before the first call. If you do not submit an enquiry, your answers stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere.
• Server technical data — your IP address is used briefly to limit how many times the form can be submitted in a row (abuse protection), and appears in the standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.

• We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor analytics tool.
• We do not build visitor profiles or follow you across other sites.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone.
• We do not send newsletters or marketing messages you did not ask for.

If this ever changes — for example if we introduce analytics — this page changes before the tool goes live, not after.

• To answer your enquiry — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for visitors from the EU).
• To protect the form from abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable (Article 12(1)(6) of the Act; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Enquiries that do not lead to work — 12 months at most, then deleted.
• Enquiries that do lead to work — for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by tax and accounting law.
• Rate-limiting records (IP) — discarded within minutes, never stored permanently.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 07.

Not with third parties for marketing. Your data passes only through services technically necessary to run the site:

• Hosting provider — the infrastructure the site runs on, which keeps standard server logs.
• Enquiry delivery — your enquiry is forwarded to our business inbox and, where configured, to the tool we use to track enquiries.

Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia. Where that happens, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

At any time you have the right to:

• receive a copy of the data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data deleted,
• restrict or object to processing,
• have your data transferred to another controller.

Email kontakt@bds.rs and that is enough. We respond within 30 days, and in practice much sooner — usually the same or next working day.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade), or with your local supervisory authority in the EU.

The site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form data is validated both in your browser and on the server, the form is protected against automated submission, and repeated submissions are rate limited. Access to incoming enquiries is restricted to the BDS team, and used only to answer your enquiry.

If what we do with data changes, this page and the date at the top change with it. We do not make silent edits.
